Shipping & Deliveries
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days via Canada Post.
How are my paintings shipped?
Paintings are packaged in multiple protective layers of cardboard for stability and labelled ‘FRAGILE’ on the front.
Oversized paintings may be shipped un-stretched in a shipping tube along with accompanying shipping bars. It is highly advised that you visit a local framer to securely re-stretch your artwork for you which will likely cost between $100-$250CAD.
Can I arrange to pick up my artwork?
Definitely! Email me at email@example.com and we can work out a time that works best for pick-up. (Pick up only in Antigonish, Nova Scotia).
Will you send me a tracking number?
I provide all original paintings with a tracking number so you can track your package as it comes to you.
What about insurance?
Original art comes with $100CAD insurance. Please contact me should you wish for more coverage.
I noticed that you’re based in Canada. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. Other countries could charge import duties (seemingly randomly), custom fees, taxes, handling fees, or any fees related to picking up shipments. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and legally I am responsible for labelling international purchases as “merchandise” as opposed to “gift”.
Please note that international tracking can sometimes be a little unreliable and other countries may hold packages or delay delivery for several weeks. That said, I’ve sent and received many packages (internationally) both for personal and business purposes and my parcels always arrived!
